Downtown Chehalis invites the public to celebrate Earth Day with two special community activities. Each year, Experience Chehalis hosts its community clean-up event at the Lewis County Historical Museum.
Experience Chehalis’s Earth Day Community Clean-up takes place from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Volunteers can check in at the Lewis County Historical Museum and choose from a list of activities, including picking up litter throughout Chehalis, beautifying the streets, and contributing to the overall cleanliness of Downtown Chehalis. Experience Chehalis asks volunteers to call 360-345-1738 or email info@experiencechehalis.com to register. Those who register early will receive a free Experience Chehalis Earth Day t-shirt. Participate for an hour or the whole event! Participants are encouraged to bring their own gloves, water bottles, and enthusiasm.
